SMS Terms and Conditions

​​​​​​​By opting in to receive SMS messages from See Me Optometry, also known as Melody Tavakoli, OD, Professional Corporation (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

SMS Messaging Service

See Me Optometry for appointment reminders, notifications when orders are ready, conversational messages and two-way communication related to your optometry care.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on patient interaction and appointment activity. You may receive up to four (4) messages per month, unless additional communication is required to respond to patient-initiated inquiries.


See Me Optometry reserves the right to adjust message frequency at any time. Neither See Me Optometry nor mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
